Sourdough Waffles with candied back bacon, mascarpone whip cream, spiced apple butter and maple syrup

or

Vegan Sourdough waffles with coconut bacon, coconut whip, spiced apple butter and maple syrup

all of which are served with 

a fancy (non-alcoholic) cocktail, an espresso based drink or World Tea House tea (or other drink) 

and new year’s ritual magic

$30 per person including tax. Gratuity not included. Kids portioning and pricing available on request.
